So I have been without meat for 5 days now and I'm doing great. I'm still eating eggs and dairy products.
Monday:
A yougurt, 1 cup of tea and a glass of apple juice for breakfast
Veggie taco for dinner.
Salty crackers for snacks
Tuesday:
2 slices of bread with creamcheese, 1 cup of tea and a glass of orange juice for breakfast
Mashed Potatoes with fried onions for dinner
Salty crackers for snacks
Wednesday:
A yougurt, 1 cup of tea and a glass of apple juice for breakfast
Veggie Pizza for dinner.
Cashews for snacks.
Thursday:
2 slices of bread with creamcheese, 1 cup of tea and a glass of Chocolate Milk for breakfast
